Disk Eject is kind of rough

I owned the USB 2.0 version of this before moving to the 3.0 and both work very well. My only issue is that either the eject mechanism on the 3.0 is not very good or the disk slots are cut just a fraction of an inch too small for full size hard drives as they are somewhat hard to pull out of the slot.

NEVER a problem

I use A LOT of hard drives and this is my brand of choice. I have have never once, out of scores of hard drives, ever had a problem with the Seagate Barracuda 2TB drive. Yes, I have tried several other brands and have issues with most of them (Western Digital, Toshiba...) but not once with this particular brand of Seagate drive. I don't recommend their "Eco Drives" which tend to spin down and take themselves offline to save power.

What jack do I put the headphones into on a tv that doesn’t have a headphones symbol???
if your TV set does not have a headphone jack, you will not be able to plug the headphones directly into the set. HOWEVER... your TV probably has set of red and white connectors on the back labeled "Audio Out". (This type of jack is called an RCA Connector). If you buy a simple connector called an "RCA to 1/8th inch connector" you should be able to use your headphones. The connector is usually about $5 or less. You may also want an extending cable to sit further away from the TV than the cable that comes with the headphones allows.
