Their timing was awful

Delivery was fine, but I was getting two of the products - dishwasher and microwave - installed the same day. When I got the confirmation calls the day before, there was a possibility (depending on when they came during the bazillion hour window) that the installation people would show up before the products arrived. I called Best Buy and it took way too much time on the phone with incompetent representatives trying to sort it out to ensure the timing worked correctly so that the products were delivered BEFORE the installation folks came to my house. Best Buy needs to get it together in terms of customer service. They have incompetent, rude and ignorant people working for them.

Awful installation

Terrible experience with Best Buy installation. The two techs had no idea what they were doing and fumbled through the entire process. I noticed after they left that the screws on top of the microwave (that I can see inside the bottom of the cabinet above the microwave) weren't even screwed in straight. The two guys had no clue and they also messed up the installation of the dishwasher. You should do your own installation or find someone else besides Best Buy to do it for you. They are not reliable and the quality is poor at best.

Horrible installation

Installation techs did not install the brackets so the dishwasher kept tipping forward. The hookups were fine, but I was incredibly disappointed becauseI didn't notice the problem until I first used the dishwasher. When I opened the door, I first noticed the tipping. I called and scheduled another appointment with a tech who came out and didn't have the part. He said it would have been in the box with the dishwasher, but the original installation people took the box with them. I then had to schedule another appointment and that guy didn't have brackets either. Many phone calls (and lots of time on hold with incompetent call center people), getting transferred again and again and again, they tried to convince me I was crazy and didn't need the brackets. After some more persistence, I finally discovered the only way to get the brackets was to do a return/exchange on the entire dishwasher. What a total waste! Then it took over 2 months to finally get it because the dishwasher was backordered. Finally someone came to my home with the exchange and I told him I didn't want the new dishwasher and just needed the brackets. The entire thing took about 5 minutes to put the brackets on and now it's fine, but the entire experience was very frustrating and I felt like Best Buy just wanted me to give up and go away and accept a poorly installed dishwasher for which I paid top dollar to them to install. If you can find someone reliable to do the installation for you - or can do it yourself - do so. Do not use Best Buy's installation service.

This range cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing range.

I've had it for several months and am very pleased with it. This is my first convection oven and it took a little time to get used to that feature, but it works well and overall I have enjoyed the appliance. The fast boil and rapid boil work great, too. Like any smooth top, I occasionally have to scrape burnt food off the top, but that happens with any smooth top.

Super quiet dishwasher

I was skeptical about getting a Samsung dishwasher after reading many negative reviews about several other Samsung dishwasher models. But I was getting a refrigerator, microwave and range, too, and wanted them all to be the same brand. When I purchased this, it was a brand new model so I took a chance and so far, after having it for several months, I've had no issues and the dishwasher works great. It's super quiet, which is a huge plus for me. My old one was so loud I had to turn the TV volume up or go into another room.With this one, I don't even know it's on and often forget until it chimes when the cycle is over. I like that the door opens a few inches toward the end of the cycle. My dishes cool off and the dishwasher can be emptied much sooner than any previous dishwasher I've owned. I also love the third rack.

I like that I can fit my laptop, accessories and other items in the bag. There are plenty of pockets for smaller items such as pens and flash drives. I would have preferred slightly longer handles so I can carry it over my shoulder without needing the extra strap, but it still works fine.
