This mount was installed by the Geek Squad so I can not comment on the installation process. The mount supports the TV well and allows me to have the TV very close to the wall. I have the TV mounted over a console that supports a soundbar and houses the cablebox, blueray player and other material. The TV being on the wall makes dusting in and around the TV much easier.

I picked up the console at BESTBUY, took it home and unloaded in the garage. Everything was in the box, no missing parts. I assembled the unit in my TV room and it looks very nice. The only problem i had was that the impressions showing where screws were to be placed on the back panel of the unit were not all in the correct locations. Minor problem. The unit looks great and has either solid doors or glass doors. We went with the solid wood doors and put the glass doors in storage.

I was impressed with the courtesy and work quality of the two Geek Squad employees that delivered and setup my TV and Soundbar. They had the tools required to do the job and the knowledge of the products they were installing. All my questions were answered and they cleaned everything up before leaving and hauled away all of the boxes and wrapping. First rate job.

LG OLEDTV was delivered and set up by Geek squad. I have had the TV for one month and it is performing well. This tv has the best picture of any tv I have owned and I have not had the tv picture calibrated by Geek Squad yet. Best feature for me is that the picture quality is the same at all viewing angles.
