This is my first front loading washer. So far, so good. The clothes come out clean and it's easy enough to use. Most of the features I won't deal with (no need) and having the extra shelf space on top of the unit is handy.
Pros: reasonably fast, uses less water, audible chime upon completion
Cons: door can't be reversed, uses only high efficiency detergent, soap/bleach/fabric softener drawer could be thought out better. Why is the bleach all the way in the back? Why is it wet sometimes after completion?

Tip: when you're done with the laundry, leave the door open for a bit to let the interior dry out.
