Overall this is my favorite media player. I have the Amazon Fire stick and the Amazon 4K box as well, and the Apple TV 4 is my favorite. I like the controller and the voice search (Amazon's voice search is awful, it only searches Amazon content. While apple's will let search in other apps as well.)
Apple's controller is more versatile than amazon's but more annoying for entering text.
The apps are easier to get on apple, and higher quality.

Plus if you're a prime member it's the only way to watch prime videos. I have one in every room in the house.

Pressure-sensitive buttons offer precise movement and navigation. Up to 2 Nimbus controllers as well as the Siri controller can be used at the same time. While in multi-player mode, the LEDs on Nimbus controller will light up indicating which player number you are on the screen.
Is this compatible with iPhone 5th and 6th gen?
I use this with my iPhone 6 Plus (it should work with the 5 and the 5S as well.)

It can! But make sure the game supports MFI controllers

Can the fire tv pair to more than one bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker at the same time? Also can you get audio from tv and bluetooth headset at the same tine?
No it's one or the other.
