Love the music but cd came with a skip in it

The songs on this cd are great. The more I listen to it the more I like it. The problem is the cd came with a scratch or something and at the end of first song it gets jammed up and won't continue. Best Buy says it is past the 14 days of purchase and will not replace it. Problem is; I didn't listen to it right away so I am past the 14 days. Not Happy.
What's great about it: music
What's not so great: cd is imperfect and best buy won't replace it
I would recommend this to a friend!
