Same old box set, consolidated

Same as my previous review, this is merely a consolidation of the old box sets. They didn't even re-produce the discs. BUT... if you have not gotten into One Piece yet, and you only bought one box, this is the box set to buy!
In addition to the end of the Don Krieg arc, this includes the entire Arlong and Loguetown arcs. The Arlong arc is where One Piece truly came of its own, and Loguetown provides some insight into their connections to the past.
What's great about it: Great value, great combination of episodes
What's not so great: They really could've re-produced the discs; old ads are annoying.
This swashbuckling release from the high-adventure anime series One Piece includes the first collection of 26 episodes of the show, following the adventures of the Straw Hats: a collection of rag tag pirates, led by the mischievous Monkey D. Luffy, a young, adventure hungry rake who always lives up to his name.

Just the old box sets, consolidated

If you already own the old box sets, don't bother buying this box set. All they did was consolidate the old box sets. They didn't even bother reproducing the discs; they even have the old graphics and advertisements. I mean, it's funny seeing an ad for the now-ancient Season Five box of Dragon Ball Z when they've just completed the re-produced DBZ Kai.
On the plus side, if you haven't bothered buying One Piece yet, I would recommend it. These box sets are a much greater value for those who haven't bought in yet. Whereas the old box sets were $50 for 10-13 episodes, this new box set is $30 for about 25 episodes each (this one in particular is 26 episodes). So if you haven't jumped into the One Piece world yet, now is the time.
Collection One covers the entireties of the first three arcs (Capt. Morgan, Buggy, Kuro/Jango) and goes half-way through the Don Krieg arc, including Zoro's fight with Mihawk and Sanji's flashback.
What's great about it: Greater value
What's not so great: They really could've re-produced the discs; old ads are annoying.
