Totally Worth The Upgrade

Upgraded from a 7yr old $50 Bissell from Walmart. Compared to the Bissell, this vacuum makes my carpet fell like it was shampooed. It has dedicated button to turn off roller/brush for running on hardwood, and this has become very convenient. The outside edge (about 2in) of base fits under couches and most other furniture. Owned for couple of months now. Emptied twice (no issues, no mess). Still has a new, motor/plastic smell after using. When using the attachments and hose, it's more sturdy than I anticipated. I don't know much about the other high-end, dealer-only vacuums, but if they can compare to this, any decision on upgrading is a good one.

Hassle To Set-up

Took a while for initial set-up. Out of box, it connects via bluetooth & updates firmware, which will take some time. Took me a couple of tries (basically had to get dedicated and sit and monitor it throughout the firmware update to ensure it went thru) to get the fmware to stick. Took a couple of more manual connections before it consistently connects to wifi. But once all the initial connectivity issues resolved & it learns ur weight pattern, it is pretty much hassle free.There is a big difference b/w measurement on carpet vs. hard floor. The air quality measurement doesn't display long timeline in mobile app; just couple of hrs before last weigh-in.

Super Light. Terrible battery

I use it with the bluetooth function to my cell, too. Sound is loud. Conference during a call took a while to figure out. Speaker phone part works good. Intercom feature is nice and easy. It's very light. But the batter sucks. Seems like it needs charging everyday with little use. If the pay off for the weight is the batter length...Not sure which I would prefer.

After trying 2 other brands (including the jaybird X) this was the best I've had that actually stay in your ear. I run outside 3-4 miles at a time. Sweat alot. This met my needs. The side with the controls come out a little but its not annoying. I could nit-pick little things, but the main purpose is to stay in my ear thru sweat and movement. I had almost lost hope & was looking into InEarMonitors. Glad Beats released these when they did. Bluetooth range is just as good as Jaybirds ~30ft.
