Great way to save money

I was paying $50+ a month for a land line that we only keep around because cell phone reception is iffy in our house. Our service was through the cable company so it was already internet connection dependent. Ooma paid for itself in less than 3 months. We didn't need the extra features they give you for $10/mo so we skipped that. They said it would take up to 4 weeks (if I remember right) to transfer our existing number but it only took 4 days. So far I'm really satisfied with the whole thing. No complaints whatsoever.

I have had several phones and this one is the most reliable and has a better battery life than any of them. It's so good I bought one for my son too. Then my wife needed a new phone and after comparing all the phones out there, she decided on the GS4 too.
It never crashes or locks up. I have only found a couple apps that don't run on it and the reviews of those apps suggest that it isn't the phone that's the issue.

Must have with the Pro

The keyboard is a must have, especially if you type much or do a lot of copy and paste on your Pro. The keyboard is small and works well or smaller hands, but takes some adjusting to if you have larger hands. The keyboard also doubles as a "cover" for the screen of the pro and has a soft backing that protects wood surfaces when setting your Pro down. It attaches easily - with a major magnet.
Only downfall, besides the small keyboard is where to put the keyboard when not in use. I have found that it "deactivates" when folded behind the screen. Weird to have the keyboard there, but it doesn't affect functionality.

Nice little laptop

The Surface Pro has been a great small laptop that is easy to carry around. I use it in different areas of my house and have traveled with it as well. It fits well in a larger purse. The touch screen is easy to use and recognizes my touch (which some touch screens don't so much).
The battery doesn't last as long as I would like, but it does pretty well. About 5 hours or so of normal use. If you are downloading songs, files, etc - it's hard to find them as the interface between the app side and the desktop don't seem to sync well. Still learning that one. I haven't connected to a printer, yet, so no information on the ease of that. I have installed Office 2010 and the "apps" show up on the start page but when you click to open, it takes you to the program on the desktop. Maneuvering between the two can be a little difficult. I learned to swipe from the left to switch between apps. The copy and paste function and opening links can be a little difficult as you have to hold your finger on the word(s) to bring up the little box. The keyboard is an almost must if you do a lot of copy and paste.
I HIGHLY recommend getting the keyboard. Over all, I would buy it again. I am enjoying using it and would purchase again knowing what I know today.
