This was an upgrade I chose from my original charge HR. The design on this is much better than the original (which was flawed as many users will probably agree). So far, I'm loving it. My wife has one too. The charging plug is also way better to use on this model as well.

I was just going to get a basic DVD player to replace our dead one but my wife wanted to get this since it had smart capabilities. A couple weeks ago, it stopped connecting to the internet. I checked online and its apparently related to a software upgrade from what I could tell. There was a newer firmware upgrade that I performed the other night on this with a direct ethernet cable which allowed me to see my wireless network again, connect to it and show full coverage. But it still does not connect to ethernet to allow Netflix, prime, pandora etc to work. It also shows conflicting messages about connection now. I guess I will be contacting Samsung now.

I bought this in May 2017 online based on sale price, brand name and the generally good reviews. I just hooked it up last week in my sons room when it started to get warm. Cools the room (15 x 10 approx) great and some of the back of my house. It was a very easy install. What was also nice was the comprehensive window kit it came with.
Now for the in store vs online experience feedback-
I found out the week after it was purchased it was on sale for -$10 less when I was in store but the service desk was unable to process me a $10 difference because I had bought in online. I also contacted customer service via online but never heard back.

I upgraded to this entry level 2017 iPad from my original iPad that we purchased and were using since it came out in 2010. The better price of this model was a factor, plus I could not use the original ipad as a stock ipad anymore (too old). I sold that and put the money towards this one.
