fridge failed in 3 weeks

I love the size, layout and functionality of the fridge. That being said, it started making an extremely loud humming sound within days of having it installed. Now it hums/rattles constantly. Repair person said it is not able to be fixed and are sending a new one. It lasted 3 weeks! That does not instill confidence!
