I'm new to this digital antennae thing, so I'm not completely sure I understand how they're supposed to work and/or the difference between the different models. This one worked fine upon first use without me necessarily working to adjust it or position it to the best location to get the maximum reception. If it only gets me the few channels that I got without proper adjustment then it'll be well worth the price for the intended purpose. I do like the design of this one since it can sit on top of a stand or other surface. To me this is more practical than the flat ones that get put on a window or wall or other surface. Back for another therapy session

Praise God for my brother in Christ NF. All of his albums are solid, and Perception is no exception. It really seems to be an extension of Therapy Session. Almost all the tracks on Perception are focused on him sharing his testimony, and there don't seem to be any tracks that stray too far from this. Therapy Session had a lot of tracks about his testimony and also had some other subject matter mixed in. It's encouraging to see that NF continues to show a lot of transparency and honesty about his testimony and that he continues to be real about how God is working things out in him. Perception debuted #1 on the charts, and this is likely a reflection of the impact his testimony has on his listeners. It would be nice to have at least a few tracks that mixed up the subject matter, but I'm not complaining at all.

I'm one of those apparent dinosaurs who still prefer physical cd's over mp3 albums when available. Interestingly enough I will then take the cd's and convert them to mp3's to be able to listen to on a variety of devices. A lot of computers no longer come with cd drives, so I needed to get this to do my mp3 conversions. Looks great. Works great. Great price. So far, so good. I have a tablet that I don't like the finger pad on. I originally went to BB to purchase a usb mouse, and thankfully the BB rep showed me the Bluetooth mouse options. It made sense to try this route so as to keep the 1 usb port on my tablet free. I purchased this Microsoft Bluetooth mouse along with another name brand Bluetooth mouse that had similar reviews to the Microsoft one. They were both on sale for around the same price, but the original price of the other one was higher. I figured I would try both out and return the one I didn't like as much. I tried the Microsoft one first because I thought I would like it better based on the smaller size, 4-way scroll option, only needing 1 battery (compared to the other one needing 2), overall design, and a few other reasons. I was right. Everything worked so well, that I didn't even try out the other mouse. The Microsoft mouse is lightweight but doesn't seem "cheap" to me. It responds perfectly and linked up flawlessly with the Bluetooth settings on my tablet. It also comes with a much longer warranty (either 3 or 4 years, but I can't remember) than the other brand, which only had 1 year. Great price. Great product. Hope this helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12

This album sounds good so far, but the content isn't anything spectacular so far on my first few listens. Does it have a wire connected to it? How do you connect it to the MacBook Air?
It comes with a detachable usb cable that connects it to the computer (or other devices). The usb connection also powers the cd drive. The cd drive can open and close without being connected via the usb cable, but the cd drive can't power on\off or run any other functions without being connected via the usb cable to another device. will this AVHX7800BT fit in the dash of a 2004 jeep wrangler X. with air conditioning?
It's a single din, so it'll fit in any single din space. I've got mine installed in a 2002 Corvette. The video screen covers the center air vent (which is where the most air comes from in that vehicle), so I have to close the screen if I want to be able to feel the air while listening to the unit. The unit is still very functional for most things with the screen down, so it hasn't been a major issue to me. Hope this helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12

Can you watch video content like YouTube and Netflix when you are parked?
Yes. There are settings that make sure video content can only be viewed while parked (i.e. parking brake is on). Technically there are ways around this that allow you to override the parking brake restriction, but you're on your own to get that done because Best Buy can't legally make this modification. I have the override switch on one vehicle of mine, and I can honestly say I've literally never used it. Realistically, no one should be viewing video content while driving. I had the override put in the one vehicle because I figured there might be a time where a passenger might want to watch video content while I was driving. It's been over 8 years, and I've literally never actually used the override feature. Hope this helps. Thanks. Matthew 7:12.

Can I display the GPS from my android smart phone on this unit?
I think that requires "Mirrorlink" technology which this specific Pioneer model doesn't have. There are several Pioneer models that do have this technology, but I think they're all double-din models.
There is a technical way around this that I explored prior to purchasing and having this unit installed. It requires purchasing a few additional cables and having them connected to the back of the unit. These cables (connected to each other) then allow you to connect any video device to the cable and display whatever is on the screen to the screen of the unit.
Do a Youtube search for "How You MirrorLink Any Radio!!! Pioneer NEX and AVH Used" for the explanation.

Yes, yes, yes you can use it for WiFi without it being activated! I purchased the phone with the intention of using it as a "dedicated" mp3 player for my Bluetooth headphones and haven't activated any of the Trackphone stuff. The extra bonus is that yes I can use it for Wifi too!
