I have not taken this lens off since I got it months ago. I now get more pictures in desired focus and better overall shots. No zoom, so you have to work a bit, but you get used to that. This is a great everyday lens for children and basic everyday portraits with blurred background. People ask what professional took our pictures! Trust me, buy this first, and don't worry about the price. I can't imagine using this camera without it now.
