the camera itself is great and works well accessing remotely. Have not been able to get the alerts to work properly. Emails are not sent upon noticing motion, but on a timed basis. Also, cannot get it to recognize Daylight Savings Time.

I have a long commute and use this for safety purposes in case of an accident. Picture is clear, you can zoom in while viewing the video in case you need to enlarge a license plate no or such. Love that it has no sound capability as I don't want it to record myself cursing out other drivers :) Turned off the sound for the forward collision alert as it was annoying and my car already has that feature. The size of the micro sd card is too small. I would recommend you purchase a larger one. You don't need to fuss with it. It turns on and off with the car. I would buy this again.

Try looking at the Rand McNally Overdryve unit. It has most of these capabilities. We just bought one, although another family member uses it so am not intimately familiar with it.

how many mega byte sd card is included in the Best Buy stores model 35?
It comes with a 4GB micro sd card. Hold approximately 54 minutes of video.

Can you move the mount between cars, so the camera can be used by different vehicles? Would I need to purchase an additional mount?
You cannot move the mount between vehicles. I would recommend purchasing a dashboard mount. That is what I did. It is compatible with the Garmin friction mounts.
