Easy to grab and use for quick cleaning. Did research on different models and this was the best deal at the time, with the most attachments. Easy to take apart to clean, only lasts 15-20 min on a charge but if you put it back on the base after each use it should be fine. Works perfect for us!

We will only purchase OEM brand (non-refilled) toner cartridges because of problems we had with leaking toner cartridges in the past. These are pricy, but you get much more volume per cartridge for these higher end machines. The price is in line with other companies, shipping was fast and free, what else could you ask for?

Been working in the field for 10+ years and will only purchase WD brand hard drives. This drive is extremely fast when used with a USB 3.0 controller, and will work fine with USB 2.0 also. Any hard drive could fail depending on how its used, and WD is very good about getting things replaced under warranty. Western Digital makes great reliable products and stands behind them should they ever fail.
