Needs repairs out of the box. Senseless Service.

I have had this M70-D3 for a month, but have been in Europe for two weeks. The colors are not just wrong, they were WAY wrong from startup - right out of the box. Connecting the tablet via Bluetooth is difficult. (weak signal even when touching the corner of the screen per instruction). Maintaining the Bluetooth connection is impossible. You have to do the connection dance EVERY time you power up.
Then getting the Vizio "World Class Service" technician scheduled is a mindless exercise in futility. Your life will revolve around their way of thinking. Lets all "assume" that YOU have no idea what you are talking about as you analyze the problem. You will be vetted for ignorance and then jump through many hoops. You will talk to no less than 6 different people. You will get multiple case numbers. You will take pictures and scan receipts ... it will take DAYS. The baseline assumption is that you set it up incorrectly. Every person you talk to will eventually try to walk you through the idiots tests ... again.
Eventually they said "You need a new motherboard". No kidding Sherlock!
Fine. I will be in Europe between dates X and Y. Schedule it anytime after date Y. What do they do? Robo-call me while I am in Europe to schedule it while I am away. I tell them to email me a date after date Y. Nothing. I call back Tim in Georgia twice. Nothing.
World Class Service, eh? Their marking people are smoking something because right now I am really, REALLY ticked off.
At some point, I am going to drag this piece of junk back to Best Buy and throw it into their lobby. I have been more than reasonable and the CC company will back me up after my very reasonable attempts.
If the unit has a problem, then YOU have a problem. I hope you have nothing else to do with your life for a few days ... or weeks.
At this time, I have no no communication and no resolution.
