This was perfectly within price point and size for an upgrade to my parents older Toshiba. They have very restrictive space, this happened to be rare 43" size that maximized what is available. Picture quality is amazing, especially for the price (I don't think we've actually used any UHD/4k sources yet either). We also don't use the built in sound so I can't speak to that. Interface is fine although better if you use the app which might not be attractive for certain folk, samsung and sony definitely are better in this regard, but it's barely used beyond initial set up so doesn't really matter to me. New so can't speak to longevity, we shall see.

To start, I'm fully in the Apple universe, so this is just one more product to immerse into that world which adds to it's appeal. I'm also a "cord cutter" so this is my only cable box basically. My only reason for knocking off a star is related to home sharing. I'm a huge fan of homesharing and have an extensive personal library, but unfortunately Apple continues neglect this aspect - it's not part of universal search, it's annoying to browse, etc. I realize homesharing doesn't support their iTunes media ploy but still. Beyond this, the device is great and I'm looking forward to more tvOS upgrades like single sign on.

Great all around protection

I don't expect to go swimming or diving with this or anything like that. Basically just looking for solid all around protection against drops and accidental water issues and so forth. This case has great form factor - much improved over previous version (I've had one for mini and one for ipad1) - this latest has much less bulk. Generally I hate cases because I love the feel of no case - but just can't risk it. Given the level of protection this seems very acceptable additional bulk and still looks cool. The one we had on an ipad1 was put to the test, dropped significantly and often and is impressively still holding up very well so if that's any indication this should be great. I saw other reviews about finger print reader as well as sound. I find both are perfectly acceptable. Finger print reader worked right away without issue and haven't added any additional fingers after putting the case on so 0 complaints. Sound is only minimally muffled but for my purposes works just fine.
Bottom line - haven't it put it through the ringer, but so far loving the form factor and feel confident things are well protected.

This is a perfect smaller wine fridge, purchased as a gift. Was looking for something small enough for counter top use and this actually worked great (tight fit but it worked). It's very quiet and is just right for keeping a reasonable number of bottles ready for drinking. Currently using it only for reds, at about 58 degrees. Non-fridge storage is fine for our larger collection (kept out of bright light and fluctuating temps), and then we cycle bottles into this for a few degrees cooler storage in preparation for drinking.
The only complaint is the little light inside is weak. Not a big deal at all but even in a dark room, when you turn the light on it does very little beyond the middle of the top row, not practical or even aesthetically nice. Again - no big deal at all but would be better with something maybe like a strip light around the window of the door or in the back that could light up the entire inside a little better for nicer viewing inside.
