Icemaker ok, dispensor is the problem

The day after our new Samsung Fridge was delivered and set up, we realized the icemaker makes plenty of ice, but it is slow to dispense. Also, there is no place for drips from the water and melted ice to collect. There is no drain tray to collect water. If you do not keep a dry towel underneath, water will run down the front of the door! Then, 10 months later, the icemaker broke. It was fixed under the Samsung warranty. Now 6 months later, our ice comes out as shave ice and continuously gets jammed up in the dispenser opening. We have to reach in and knock the ice out with our finger or it will melt and make a big mess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
