I have an older Cadillac Escalade that had all the bells and whistles I needed EXCEPT what this system offers! (Hooked up to Android phone - Samsung Note 5) First, I bought it mainly for the ability to play music from Google Play. LOVE THIS! Voice commands make this even better so I can have Google Play play any song or artist I want by asking for it. Playlists too. Second, I use the directions feature all the time.Connected to my phone, this uses Google Maps and has been a time saver so many times! Predicts arrival times, best routes, etc.even considering traffic! Calling features through Android Auto app are good. Transfers conversations between phone being plugged in and not plugged in just fine. Receiving text messages through Android Auto is ok. Can respond with a text message by voice. The system handles radio stations well but you have to switch out of the Android Auto app. Takes some getting used to but easy enough. Only downside to this system is that it gets confused every once in a while when the vehicle starts and the functions don't work properly. The fix is to turn off the car, open the driver door and try again. This resets everything. It may even just be an Android Auto problem not the system itself. I can say it doesn't happen very often with this system. I originally bought a Pioneer system comparable to this and I had a ton of problems. I returned it for this system and love it!

Great Sound, Comfortable, Blocks Noises!

This set of headphones was EXACTLY what I needed at a good price. I have some rowdy co-workers so I needed a headset that would block out noises, be comfortable enough for all day wear and have good sound. These block out noises so well I miss people talking to me and I'm no longer plagued by my noisy co-workers because I can't hear them! Even without music on, it's hard to hear much around me, which i love. My music sounds great though these! The bass control works fantastic. These feel great too! They fit OVER/AROUND my ears, not on top of them like another headset I tried and found uncomfortable. The padded fit around my ears feels great, even after 6-8 hours of wearing them. The top of the headset has a rubbery cushion that I really appreciate and makes these extra comfortable. I do wish it was a little bit more padded like some others I tried on, but those headsets were also much more expensive. Last, it is fine for me (actually preferrable) that this item is not wireless -- just thought I'd mention it.

Didn't Cancel Outside Noise

Returned this item before I was even out of the Best Buy parking lot! Didn't cancel outside noises (even with battery installed) and I could NEVER wear these for more than 30 minutes and I needed them for most of the day wear. Very uncomfortable on top of the head and on ears. These are padded but don't fit OVER the ears completely, they sit ON your ears. I spent an extra $50 on a headset by SkullCandy that weren't sold as noise-cancelling but were much better quality (still cheaper than other noise-cancelling sets) and I can wear them all day -- and they sound great. Don't buy this product unless you only need something for short periods of time, your outside noises aren't very loud and you have to have something super foldable/collapsable.
