I bought ours for our unique office, filled with fun people and ones that would use for both normal functions and, well, fun stuff. The overall all fridge is a showcase, a talking and bragging point. Inside is well designed and spatial. Will have to say a large disappointment is the Software APPs. Since that is a very key point in what is marketed, ie, viewing contects when not there and posting pics, messages or schedules, it is a pain. We are a software house and it took much more time and questioning than it should. On screen is a full signup when first initialized asking for a lot of info, then somehow you then go online to login there too?? Mine didn't. Then after config, you still need to load a Mobile APP. Which one? well you will have to search. The booklet has like two small pages about the whole software interface for the entire fridge, poor. Once we got the App loaded (iphone) it wouldn't continue without talking with the fridge and it locks to that page, can't do anything. Then we went to fridge panel to find there is another interface there for talking to App, so we started there too. There is a wifi connect that tells you the steps and App to get on phone. Went through all that, which requires to take Mobile and reset wifi to fridge and get special code. I can't remember what all we did, but I do remember having to put in cell phone and get a code back at one stage and it came back in Korean. Then tried again and got a 'number of messages from this device exceeded'. It was crazy and we ended with another Samsung App that after the stages we finally got connection, could see in fridge (very cool) and post pics, 10 at a time up to fridge. About two days later I tried the App again and ALL WAS disconnected again. Haven't got it to work again. Big time con. Other then the APP problem, which I believe is 3k of the 5k price to me, the touch interface is pretty cool, but once again, it is hunt and peck as there is no instructions. Bluetooth never has syncd to my iPhone. Then there was this strange day where we had to re-hook up the water filter from the back, which went fine. A day later, no ICE. Looked all over for why, all looked fine on the touch interface. Looked online to find there is a reset button inside ice cabinet, got the cover off and found that, hit it and nothing. Tried it a number of times, nothing. Went through software diag, all good there. Ended up unplugging it, resetting button (no feedback) and still didn't hear anything. Gave up and the next day it started making it again. Office was happy. It is a tough one, bragging rights are very high, hacks and funny things posted, count down random alarms, goofy music videos and such are a big bonus. And the bottom left compartment can be fridge or freezer, all great. App interface, big F.
