Sirius customer svc for this product is terrible

Verified Purchase:Yes
The unit worked fairly well in SC with antenna placed in south window, not always great but could usually get it going. At home now in Prescott ON we have it in a south facing window and it will only work if the window is open. Sirius XM customer service is absolutely useless at providing any kind of practical support to get the signal working for us.
What's great about it: Nice when it works
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
