I bought this on a total whim. My wife and I purchased a dog and we both immediately had an allergic reaction to the introduction of her to our home. I went and picked this up the next day after reading a few reviews and it is flawless! After just one afternoon of running it nonstop, our allergies stopped. The app is great and easy to use. You can set it to automatically go on if the air quality is low, or just set it yourself. The cooling works very nicely and it is quite quiet unless you put it on the higher levels around 6 - 10...

Decided to purchase 2 of these for a dual setup off my MacBook Pro. I didn't use the HDMI cables provided (kept those for other projects). Instead, I bought 2 MDP to HDMI cables and they worked beautifully. Clear, crisp colors. Super thin. Look great in my setup!

Did not accomplish what I expected

I purchased this after buying two brand new HP 25in displays with the goal of running a dual monitor setup off my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-in, Mid 2015). While it did accomplish a dual monitor-esque type setup, it came with many flaws. First, I had to install software before using the product, which is unheard of. Second, it did not work properly. Have you ever tried to remote into a desktop on a slow connection and you are presented with a downgraded quality display? This is exactly what happens. It is slow, flickers, and does not produce a 100% clone of the graphics that you would expect. I immediately returned this product in favor of 2x MDP to HDMI cables instead (which only cost $8 each also).
