this movie is kinda awesome, fans of the character will enjoy this as this is not the 90's Stallone iteration. This movie is dark, gritty and brutal, and fans of hard hitting action movies will like this too. The Blu Ray is great with high end 2D & 3D video and sound. Bought at price of $9.99 happy with purchase
Designed for use with select Samsung LED and plasma 3D HDTVs, these Samsung SSG-5150GB/ZA 3D glasses allow you to enjoy an ultrarealistic viewing experience. The battery-operated design enables up to 70 hours of continuous use.
My first foray into the 3D experience at home are these glasses, still getting use to the feel of them, I think a little too wobbly to wear, but the signal to the tv works is cool and the picture quality is good.
A truly incredible and beautiful film, an emotional but still a moving and feel good experience. The blu-ray is both faithful in honoring the technical aspects from the 3D to the sound to the features. Highly recommended!
High marks on 3D, 2D presentation, tremendous sound, and extensive special features. Not the strongest TF movie, but worth having in collection if are fans of franchise.
This is a great movie about teenage angst and the extension of obsession. Fans of the movie should pick this up hands down, looks and sounds great and for a decent price.
Just as spectacular of a release "The Fifth Element" was under the Supreme Cinema Series from Sony, the same thing applies for this fantastic film. Great blu-ray release!
Sony! I'm speaking to you now. Give "Last Action Hero" the Supreme Cinema Series treatment!!! Please!!! I'm begging you!!!!!
4K picture, New Dolby Atmos sound mix and all of the great special features from the 2005 Superbit DVD release are on this blu-ray! And a specialized package too, so beautiful it will make a man cry! Very highly recommended! If only Sony will give "Last Action Hero" the same treatment!!! Make it happen!!!!!!
Bad Boys I and II are featured in this special digitally enhanced collection. Former video director Michael Bay had his first big hit with the 1995 action comedy, which also returned producers Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson to the big-budget, high-violence movies that they successfully churned out in the '80s. Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) are two Miami cops who watch as 100 million dollars in heroin, from the biggest drug bust of their careers, is stolen out of the basement of police headquarters. This puts them hot on the trail of French drug lord Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo), who leaves a trail of bodies in his wake and only one witness, Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), who quickly teams up with our heroes. In the 2003 sequel, Burnett and Lowrey have been assigned to head up a task force to investigate the illegal trafficking of ecstasy into the city. They discover that an underground gang war has been instigated by drug kingpin Johnny Tapia (Jordi Molla). In order to cut off the flow of the designer drug, they have to take down Tapia.
Both films are remastered in 4K clarity so the movies looks fantastic, the sound is great. Bad Boys fans will be pleased! One qualm that I have of the release, is that this is a 20th anniversary edition, but no new special features, I would have thought that since this is a beloved action classic that there will be a new retrospective extra, but the features are borrowed from previous releases. But still recommend, including the first-on-blu ray release of Bad Boys 2.
Is this the next great Terminator movie? -Meh. Is this as good as the first two? No But I did not come out absolutely hating the film, the more I realized that the first two films are too high up there in terms of quality and passion, this new film can be enjoyed for just the sheer CG spectacle it beholds. A great blu-Ray with five star sound and beautiful picture. Demo quality in that regard.
I will always have a soft spot for this movie, sure it's the Godzilla movie no one liked or wanted, but as a young boy when this came out, I grew up a fan of the director and still enjoyed this. Yes I'm in the minority, but I take this schlocky 90's monster movie instead of that overly serious, flat and joyless 2014 movie of the same name. The movie has not looked or definitely sounded better than it does on this blu-ray.

Motorola phones are finicky when it comes to earbud microphone compatibility. Anyone know if the mic works with the Moto E 2nd gen (2015) phone?
