This tv is ok for a regular tv. But if your going to call it a Smart tv, it should be capable of playing movies from a USB drive. This tv doesn't even recognize the drive. Also you have to install the tv's app on your phone if you want to do a full setup. I should be able to access the tv's full features via the remote. Luckily I'm only using this tv rarely during RV trips, otherwise I would return it.

How do I change the HDMI ports ID from HDMI1, 2 &3 to the port names I want displayed? (IE: Blue Ray, Fire Stick, ATT Uverse)
Use your remote. Push Source. The sources menu should pop up from bottom of screen. Arrow left or right to the source you want. Then arrow up. You should see an option to edit that source. Select edit. Within the next menu is the ability the change the type, name, etc of each source.

My car's audio system already has a lightning cable to hook up to the stereo system, but it does not deliver enough power to charge the phone while using it with navigation apps. Can i use this adapter to power the phone with the 2nd lightning input?

I used the recommended length bolts and still have little creases above and below where the bolts go into the TV. Will this harm my TV
Not sure what you mean by creases. If your bolt is so tight that it is warping the tv that is bad. They should only be snug only. If you mean there is a gap then switch bolts or use extra spacers between the mount and the tv to fill the gap.
