Does the install cost include all neccesary standard parts?
By parts I mean wires, fuses and box mounting hardware. Basically if the install is a standard one is there an extra cost for the neccesary parts or is the install price including the basic components?
Yes, the Amp itself comes with all needed parts. If your install requires something special then you'd need to cover those additional parts as well.

Will they perform this installation with customer supplied parts?
I bought absolutely everything I would have needed to install this on my own (Wiring kit, subwoofer, enclosure, amp) and I recently realized that I don't feel comfortable doing this install myself. Will BestBuy still do it with the parts I bought elsewhere?
I don't think so but you'd need to check with the auto install department at your local BB.

Will best buy install a screen protector on my Cintiq 22HD? Also, if they mess up the installation, will they try again without additional cost?
My screen protector was one I purchased online, so I only have one of it and I want to make sure it gets installed properly! I hardly trust myself to do it, so I'd rather leave it to a professional. However, there's always a chance that they will mess it up too. So, if they DO mess up is it going to cost me anything?
Yes, that's the great thing about getting BB to install it. If it's broken or damaged they'll just grab you another off the shelf and if there are too many bubbles after they install they'll remove it and do the install again.
