In my opinion, there is an angelic sweetness to Deniece Williams' voice. Perhaps, this is why she always includes a gospel song on her R&B CD's. I grew up listening to her music and she is still one of my favorite Female Musical Artist today.

This is the debut album that made Freddie Jackson a R&B household name. I still enjoy listening to his music today. As a teenager, I loved watching his videos.

I love listening to this album. It reminds me of Morris Day and The Time scenes from the movie Purple Rain. Who can resist the songs, "Jungle Love and The Bird."

I fell in love with this group with movies such as Purple Rain and Graffiti Bridge. I was shock to learn Prince wrote most of the songs on this album. Nonetheless, the entire group is very talented in their own right.

I think this is another great album from Prince that did not get the radio air play or recognition it deserved. This album features Prince, The Time, Tevin Campbell, Elisa, George Clinton and Mavis Staples. Prince and Tevin Campbell's, "Thieves In The Temple & Round and Round," did well on the Pop Charts. However, my favorite Prince songs, "Can't Stop This Feeling I Got, The Question of U, Elephants & Flowers, Joy In Repetition & Still Would Stand All Time," went unnoticed by critics. This album even features catchy tunes from The Time such as, "Love Machine, Shake It, & Release It." Nonetheless, this album now comes with a parental advisory label.

What's great about it: It's the music soundtrack from the movie Graffiti Bridge!
What's not so great: n/a

I think this album did not get all the recognition it deserved. We all loved "Kiss" and it did well on the Pop Charts. However, songs like "Anotherloverholenyohead, Mountains, Girls & Boys, & Sometimes It Snows In April", were not released by his label to radio stations. I purchased the CD and they quickly became my favorite songs on the album. I think it is another great album from Prince.

I thought this DVD was very entertaining. Prince looks and sounds great in this video. He brings in the Millennium with Larry Graham and Members of the Family Stones, Lenny Kravitz, Maceo Parker, Rosie Gaines, and Morris Day and The Time. Prince performed hits like Let's Go Crazy, She's Always in my Hair, U've Got the Look, Kiss, Get Off, Purple Rain, The Christ(The Cross), Nothing Compares 2 U, Take Me with U/Raspberry Beret, Greatest Romance, Baby Knows, Baby I'm A Star, & 1999. I love this DVD!

Regardless of the quality of his albums, Prince has always put on superb live shows. This film captures him performing in Las Vegas, NV. The disc offers a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. There are neither subtitles nor closed-captions on this release. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence, but fans of the artist will enjoy the show that features over a dozen numbers.

In my lifetime, I have been very fortunate to see Prince perform live twice. As I watched his concert on DVD, it felt like I was there in person. He performed a few of my favorite songs like Pop Life, Money Don't Matter 2 Night, Strollin', Gotta Broken Heart Again, Strange Relationship, Take Me With U, & Sometimes It Snows In April. I thought the DVD was very entertaining.

This is my favorite Janet Jackson album. I loved listening to these songs in the 1990's and I decided to make this CD a part of my music collection.
