Sounds awful

Really displeased with the quality of sound. Speakers are not powerful enough for a convertible. They are ok at best when the top is up.

The first instalker did such a disasterous job that car parts needed to be ordered to fix what he broke. Best Buy is supposedly ordering the parts to fix the car but it has been two weeks and we are told they are waiting for the corporate credit card o buy them. The second installer tried to redo the job, but this radio and speakers just sounds awful.

Very unhappy with this product. New speakers and wires were installed too. Sound is adequate at best. But radio is difficult to operate to achieve a good/balanced sound. Buttons are too small to make changes to settings easily. The USB port to play music from an iPhone, feature is also difficult to work. But the positive is the sound quality is good on the Bluetooth phone calls and pairing the phone was easy.
