Better than the speakers on the Wii U Gamepad

Verified Purchase:Yes
I grabbed a pair of these headphones for less than $20 so it was worth the price being that they are better than the Wii U Gamepad or the 3DS XL speakers. However the volume is really quite lower than I would have liked, might have to buy one of those portable headphone amplifiers to make these better. Not sure if the microphone would still work then though. Good for the price, but would have liked better.

Can this be used for any game system?

If the game system takes a normal 1/8" jack input with stereo w/ microphone, I don't see why not. Can't confirm it works on anything but the Wii U & 3DS which I have used it on. I will say that the sound on those systems is pretty low though. Not sure if it's the system or the headphones, but it doesn't get very loud.
