Bought this to replace a 11 yr-old Sharp Carousell microwave that's been working well. I have used this new unit for Defrost, Reheat, Popcorn, Beverage, and cooked vegetables. All features performed well. The unit is quiet. I wish the prints on the control panel could be of higher contrast. The light is off when the door is open but, unlike many other models, the light is bright when running.

Quiet, Effective, and Great Customer Service!

This washer runs quietly if you make sure it is completely leveled by locking the nuts after adjusting the feet. We ran a test cycle washing a load, including a pair of dirty white pants. The white pants came out clean! I emailed LG customer service inquiring about how to increase water level during the rinse cycle since I saw very little water in the tub. LG responded the following day instructing me to press "Water Plus" 2X, or press "Add Garment" during wash cycle, or choose "Perm. Press" or "Bulky" cycle to increase water level. I tried "Water Plus" 3X and indeed saw water splash in the tub. Now I just hope it would last at least 10 years...
