I did not like this laptop, I thought it would be a much faster machine that my older HP, but it still took longer that I thought for a new machine, with all that memory, to start up and run programs.
I suspect the issue might be with the pre installed virus software,
because every time I loaded anything, it made me wait.
Either way I was forced to return it, and I will be looking again for a quicker model.
