I've read review after review on this watch, and most of them seem to say the same thing: it's just too big for women. I'm here to tell you that this is not necessarily the case. While I am relatively tall at 5 ft. 9 in., my wrists are quite small (the circumference of my left wrist comes in at exactly 5 3/4 inches). While the watch does look oversized and chunky on me, I actually really like it--when comparing it to the various analog watches in my collection, the S3 is only a tad bigger. And the big face makes the watch more functional, as it's easier to read and type on, especially when I'm in a hurry. I purchased some "girly" watch bands to style the watch a bit more to my taste, since the black leather band that comes in the box, although very high quality, looked a bit too dark and harsh on me. If you, like me, are a woman who enjoys wearing big watches already, then I recommend trying on the Gear S3.
As for the actual watch features--I can't say enough good things. I bought this as a companion to my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and the ability to read and reply to texts alone is so, so handy. I use the reminders and alarm apps daily, and I also love the fitness and sleep tracking features, which seem to be on par with those of Fitbit. Fully-featured Samsung Pay is also fantastic to have on hand (or wrist). There are a zillion watch faces to choose from, so I'm looking forward to changing those up to match the seasons/my outfit/my mood. I'm still figuring out all the other bells and whistles on the watch, but so far, so great!

I really, really thought I would fall in love with this device. Waterproof, lightweight, with a vivid display, and featuring 3+ day battery life? What more could I want?!
Unfortunately, I quickly ran into several problems that prevented me from even using the device as it was intended--let alone enjoying it--over the 8 days that I tested it. After a few days, the Bluetooth connection to my phone began cutting in and out for no apparent reason (despite the fact that my other Bluetooth devices, like headphones and a Fitbit I was using for comparison purposes, stayed connected no problem).
Battery life was also WAY worse for me than was advertised. I would barely get 24 hours of battery when I had location/wifi on and screen brightness turned to level 6-7 (it comes set at 7 out of the box). Even at minimum brightness and with location/wifi off and several app notifications toggled off, I was only ever able to squeak by with a little over 2 days of usage (45-46 hours). Not the worst ever in the world of wearables, but definitely not even close to what Samsung advertised as the battery life for "typical usage."
I see more positive reviews on the Fit2 Pro on various retailer sites, so I'm not sure if I got a lemon, or if Samsung is having some quality control problems with the manufacturing of this device. But in any case, I am disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend. I am mulling over the purchase of a gear S3 or the upcoming gear sport... We shall see!
Protect your Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 with this Samsung EF-BT810PFEGUJ book cover, which features an auto on/off function to wake your device up when opened and put it to sleep when closed. The strong polyurethane material ensures durability.
This case offers some nice protection for my S2, and the sleek form factor gives the device some polish and pizzazz. I have the gold tablet, and the gold case complements the tablet beautifully. The multiple adjustable viewing angles of also work really well for my needs, and I like that the magnetic flap folds back completely and keeps the case's cover folded behind the tablet without it flopping around. Initially, I struggled to get the case attached to the tablet itself (there are some helpful videos circulating online that will show you how it's done--you really, really need to push hard!). That being said, I really like that the case won't easily come off, unlike my old iPad's magnetic cover, which was CONSTANTLY coming loose. The original price for this cover is a bit too high, but if you can snag one of these on sale like I did, you'll be getting a really nice accessory for your tablet.
Browse the Internet and watch videos with this Samsung Galaxy tablet. Its Super AMOLED display provides rich, colorful viewing and also makes it easy to see your screen in sunshine or dim lighting. Stream videos, switch between apps and load documents faster with the powerful octa-core processor. This Samsung Galaxy tablet has 32GB of memory for optimal storage.
I love this tablet. I upgraded to the S2 9.7 from my iPad mini 2, which was getting a bit beat up and had become incredibly laggy after the iOS 10 upgrade. I also wanted a bit of a larger screen for watching movies and reading eBooks/articles. I love the AMOLED display, which is much brighter and more vibrant than my mini's, and the processor gets the job done for all of my everyday tasks. If I were buying a tablet primarily for work (which I am not), I probably would have gone with the iPad Pro, but the Pro's price didn't seem worth it to me for my particular needs (web browsing, video streaming, and reading). The SD card slot is also worth its weight in gold, and I'm so impressed by how thin and light this device is, even with the larger screen size. Also, although I've read several reviews bashing this tablet's battery life, I'd like to add that I've been getting really good battery performance from my S2--I have been routinely seeing 8-10 hours of "screen on" time, mostly from watching Netflix and Amazon Video. If you have a Samsung smartphone (like I do), I also highly recommend this tablet because of the "SideSync" app, which allows you to wirelessly connect your phone and tablet and mirror the two displays/quickly transfer data between the devices. Too cool! The device's "cons"--no latest-generation Exynos processor, no QHD resolution, no all-metal casing--are, at least for me, not really "must have" features. I don't really notice the lack of these things in real-world usage, and I really wouldn't want to pay the premium price for them, anyway. So, in general, I'd recommend this tablet for casual users like myself.
