I read the instructions first. When I plugged it in, it work for a full 5 seconds then the display went blank. Nothing worked. I had power and even unplugged and tried powering it up again and still nothing. Searched for possible solutions on the internet and to my surprise many folks are having problems with this item. I packed it up and returned it to Best Buy the same day and got my money back. I recommend Best Buy...this item not so much.

Bought this as an upgrade from a smaller Ninja chopper. This is like a smaller version of my larger Ninja Blender. I am impressed with the chop function which leaves food items in chunks and not over processed like other food processers I have owned. Push the desired button once and watch it do the work... Smoothies, Blend, Chop, Pulse and manual on off Glad I bought it.

Good fit in ear with the right ear soft gel and seem comfortable. All the in line control buttons work with my Galaxy Note 7. I have used them while on my riding mower and if placed in the ear just right they drown out engine noise to a low roar. Good sound over all.

This was easy to set up. Easier to have your Hue lights already in place and then run "discovery". I watched You tube videos before setting up and it was not hard at all. Need to download the free app Amazon Echo. It connected with Philips hue lights. To connect with my nest thermostat I needed the IFTTT app. (Echo sends your command via the IFTTT app to nest. Thinking about getting another for other room.
