I moved to a home office and needed to be able to scan and copy. I got this one because is can scan and copy both sides and lots of pages. I can scan directly to a file on my desktop and all works great.

I understand this machine does scanning, copying, and faxing from the feeder. Does it also do multiple pages on both sides? Multiple duplex scanning, copying, and faxing?
I have duplex copied but have not tried to duplex scan but don't see why it wouldn't.

what to do if paper jams? how easily is this corrected. Be specific!

I've only had it a month and it has not jammed, but the instruction seem clear about fixing that if it does.
