I bought a new "Smart TV" and it was smarter than me. I needed to hook up a VCR and couldn't figure out how to cable it or set it up correctly because Smart TVs aren't set up to be joined to dumb VCRs.
The Geek Squad got into hidden set up menus on the Smart TV and had it configured in just a few minutes. Then they graciously cleaned up the menus on the TV for us so only the menus we needed would appear.
Finally, they were kind enough to recycle my old TV for me, saving me a trip to the recycler!

I read reviews for "top rated" TVs and went to the store intending to purchase a Visio, but when I compared the picture in -store the Sony won.
Set up was a little complicated, but I guess that's standard for these "Smart TV's." The Sony walks you through the setup onscreen and in a few minutes, it was operational.
Despite the higher price, I am really glad we purchased the Sony.

Don't waste your time or money

I bought this because it was the only model the store carried and I was desperate. It is huge, bright silver with the Sony logo plastered across the front - not the look I was going for in a discrete lav mic.Plus, the sound quality is awful. I tested it and returned it the next day.

The MRF-260 base station receives RF (Radio Frequency) signals from any remote in URC's Complete Control line of Universal Remotes, converts the RF signal into IR (Infrared) commands and delivers the commands to the integrated A/V components. It uses Narrow Band RF to assure the continuity of the commands and minimize the effect of RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) that often occurs in highly-populated markets.

A great addition to a high end universal remote

I have this RF unit paired with a Universal brand universal remote control. It works very well tucked out of sight in the back of a wall-to-wall entertainment center. The range seems to be shorter than I expected for reliable consistent operation - perhaps about 10'. I found I could increase the range substantially by raising the unit up and moving it a little forward in the cabinet so it wasn't quite as far in the back.

Great buds for all occassions

I use my earbuds to listen to podcasts at the gym. I love that the control buttons allow me to pause and continue the podcast if someone interrupts me with a question, or if I get a phone call. I listen about an hour a day and one charge lasts me Monday - Friday. With no heavy batteries these are by far the most comfortable and easy to use bluetooth earbuds I have tried.
