is this also a steam cleaner or just a carpet / floor cleaner

It is a steem vac for cleaning carpets not a regular vac

can this be used as a regular vaccum for carpets??

if you don't have a big area to clean, it could be used as a regular vaccum for carpets. It only has about 20 minutes on a charge but it does what I need.
