Excellent value if you don't mind the 43" size

It is hard to find a better/affordable 43" SmartTv out there than this baby. Visio discontinued this size ($$$) for the new 2016s so if you really want 43" you need to grab the 2015.
The TV itself is great. I like the 2016 model better, but it doesn't come in 43" so I would have to shell out more money and go to a bigger screen.
You're missing internet ready (browsing the internet on the TV itself w/o a device) on the 2015 model, but a quick $25 bucks gets you that with Chromecast, so the $ difference isn't enough to justify the 2016 price.
Picture/performance/features for this TV are amazing for the price. I can't justify purchasing any other TV for the size/features if you are looking for 43" 4K SmartTv. If you want to go bigger, or have different features, maybe. But you can always add Chromecast or Roku for cheaper than any competitor at this size 43".

Enjoy a world of entertainment with Google Chromecast. Just connect to your HDTV's HDMI interface and your home Wi-Fi network to get started. You can stream your favorite apps from your compatible phone, tablet or laptop, plus use your phone as a remote to search, play and pause content.
I have a smart TV. Will buying a chromecast enable me to access the web, email, eBay, etc. from my smart TV?
Only when you use your Device/PC as the source and share your screen. Chromecast does not make your SmartTV/Non-SmartTV internet enabled. But it does show a web page from a device on the screen, so you can view anything on the internet with a device/PC. You just need to type on the device/Client. And of courcse this can work wirelessly.
