Geek Squad came on time . Removed old TV ;installed new one ;programmed it into Harmony remote and assured me they will come back and do calibration after 100+ hour break in period.. All free as part of warranty i had on old TV that went bad.

This was a warranty replacement for my old plasma whose screen failed. { Best Buy does stand behind warranty. They gave me full credit for original price paid and I only had to pay the $500. price difference for newest TV technology available and it was installed programmed into Harmony remote and they will do calibration after break in period all as part of warranty wiyh no extra charge} }. This TV has an incredible picture;widest viewing angle available and the brightness of picture doesn't appear to be affected much by changes in ambient light. {although I must say picture is stunning in dark/low level lit room.] OLED is new so the 5 year warranty is worth it

Bought 04/2014.. Best TV bar none at the time. Very happy until screen malfuctioned 04/2017; so only lasted 3 years. This product review is somewhat a moot point as this TV/ Plasma no longer exist. The good news is I had the 5 year warranty. Best buy replaced it with a State of the Art OLED LG 65 In. and all I had to do is pay the $500. price difference{3000 Sansung at time of purchase vs 3500 for LG in 04/2017} I know $500 . isn't inconsequential but essentially I got the best 2017 TV for an upgrade in price . To all who wonder; YES get the 5 year warranty if you are spending a lot for State of the art TV as the new technology is changing and Best buy does back it up. They came out and removed old TV. Installed new TV and reprogarmmed my Universal remote and will be out to do calibration as soon as new TV is broken in [100-200 hours of viewing] all free as part of warranty
