This iPhone did not come unlocked and I am unable to use it. I purchased it on December 23rd and here it is January 28th, during this time I have been waiting for an email with shipping labels that "could take a little while".
I have spoken with Best Buy customer service, my carrier Straight Talk, Apple, Sprint, AT&T, and an outsourced warranty company Best Buy uses for their pre-owned phones. Per various instructions I have put FOUR different SIM cards I had to wait for as well with the same results. One of the many things I tried caused my current phone's SIM card to "expire" leaving me without a phone at all for almost a week while a yet another SIM was mailed to me.
This entire experience has been a huge runaround and I will not be purchasing any pre-owned items from Best Buy in the future.
