I did my research and found the Samsung at Best Buy, TV has all the features I was looking for and the right price. Internal speakers are actually quite nice so we may save the energy and not purchase a sound system. at 80 Watts consumption we cut our power usage by 300 watts per hour.

Does the TV swivel on its stand?
I need to be able to rotate the tv for optimal viewing based on my living room layouot. I have a Samsung now that does and it's very convenient and if I replace it (for a larger screen) I want to still be able to pivot it.
