Product is working well, no complaints yet. I like this product as it is a good value for money. I only wish that DeLonghi would use better quality products for the casing (assembly). Otherwise, I highly recommend this product.

What's great about it: 2-in-1 functionality. Easy to make coffee, cappuccino and/or espresso in a finger snap.
What's not so great: Plastic looking assembly. I would expect DeLonghi to use higher quality materials given their history.
