Don't waste your time with HP

I bought my Pavilion x360 9 months ago and the HD failed twice. It failed the first time at the end of August. I sent it in to HP, had to pay them for the privilege of shipping it to them, they had it for 2 weeks and I finally got my computer back after 3 weeks. Within 2 weeks, the new HD FAILED! I was without a computer again, this time for 2 weeks because they paid for one day shipping. When I received it back, I haven't been able to use it properly. I cannot set up my user account (tells me I need to download an app-but I can't download an APP and seriously why wasn't this handled before they sent it back), I can't personalize my computer because it says I'm not an administrator, I cannot open the start menu (I click on it and it literally does nothing), and I cannot use Cortana nor any of the icons across the lower bar. I've been trying to reach my case manager since Thursday (now Sunday) and I tried customer service today, and after 45 minutes on the phone with them trying to navigate the various menus and dumb-butt people, I get transferred to some fee-based software department where they refuse to help me without charging me even though it was HP's fault for sending me back a faulty computer. Don't waste your time with HP products. They are just terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
