Fabric Softner Missing

This washer works great however we didn't realize that there was no place for us to add fabric softner. We had Best Buy download a copy of the manual since we didn't get one when we purchased it, and found out that the work around is to get a Downy Ball to add fabric softner. This is the only thing that is wrong with this product. We purchased the ball and it seems to work okay. Otherwise we would have rated this product higher.

The dryer doesn't dry in a timely manner. We bought the matching washer and we have no complaints about the washer but the dryer won't dry very well. We usually have to dry the clothes at least twice at 70 minutes intervals on high. We actually thought there was an issue with the dryer that we bought (motor squealed as well) so we returned it to Best Buy and had another one delivered. However we are still having the same issue with the second dryer.

Handle Broken From the Factory

When we had our freezer delivered it had a broken handle. We were able to set up for a new freezer to be delivered but they were on back order you we upgraded to the standard freezer instead of a chest freezer. We may have rated it higher but we never got a good chance to use it.
