but after watching / buying this dvd concert, I am sold on their music. I crank up Bullet the Blue Sky and End of the World and rock out. Two thumbs up for this concert. The crowd is really rockin and the dvd sound and picture are really good. The setlist is stellar.
What's great about it: Setlist, picture and sound quality
What's not so great: Nothing

Awesome release w/ Lady Starlight, Only a Man and Animal Magnestism!! This was their fourth release and this thing went Gold. This is way before Love at First Sting and their mid late 80's releases. Two thumbs up.
What's great about it: When you can finish a great release with Animal Magnetism....

SynopsisThe stadium is alive with the roar of the crowd and the leashed energy of the opposing teams. The crisp snap of fall in the air makes your adrenaline rise as you take the field and prepare to face down your school's biggest rival. Hours of grueling practice have brought you to this moment, and as the game begins, your focus narrows, blocking all outside distractions until the only thing that's real is the action on the gridiron. Your sights are set on victory, and as you spring into action you know this could be the game that changes everything.NCAA Football 10 brings the excitement of college football to life with astonishing authenticity. Dominate the gridiron in Road to Glory mode as you make big-time plays, overcome your biggest rivals and become the biggest star in college football, eventually earning the Heisman Trophy. Take full control of the game in new Super Sim, simulating a single play, quarter, half or more, and playing only when you want to play. Prepare yourself for glory in the fun and accessible Freshman mode, which features an easy-to-use play-calling system as well as simplified controls and playbooks that can make any player feel like an All-American.

It is a recycled version of the 08 game....

I have been playing 08 for 2+ years and it is really really good. I did not purchase 09. So when 10 came out a few days ago, I was ready to go in a buy it which I did. The new 10 version, well its the same as the 08. Its only recycled. The plays are the same, the moves are the same and guess what, the stadiums all look the same. No more PS 2 for me. I have to save up and buy the PS 3 system which I don't want to do because I like the PS 2 console alot and the PS 3 will not play the PS 2 games. GO FIGURE!
Anyways, save your money folks. Its not the game that I dislike, its Sony for not investing anymore into the PS software.
What's great about it: If you have not played 08 or 09, then get 10. But if you have - buyer beware.
What's not so great: It is the same gameplay as 08 and 09.

If you had to get only one FP release, then this..

would suffice. It is sleaze / 80's metal at its best. Faster Pussycat never made it really big, but they sure define the genre ala LA Guns. This release is fantastic.
What's great about it: Excellent collection of songs - it rocks
What's not so great: Cover Art

Excellent release by VH

Fair Warning imo is the most underrated release by VH. Roth and Eddie shine on this cd and Unchained is a classic song. Of all the VH albums, this is my favorite. Push Comes to shove, Mean Street and One foot out the door are classics. This release sounds like VH was not in a good mood when they wrote the whole album and it rocks.

Wow did LA Guns put out another great cd! And this one is w/o Traci Guns! This is real sleaze old school metal at its best and is the best LA Guns since their first release imo. Nice job.
What's great about it: Overall a fantastic release by LA Guns...

DIO Sabbath is and has been the best!

I saw this tour in San Antonio last year and I had to get the dvd. Sorry Ozzy, but you have nothing on Dio. Dio is a true musician, song writer and performer.
The track listings on this are incredible and the new songs are excellent. The whole band is in tune, shines and they sound better than ever.
What's great about it: Excellent track listings - sound and visual quality

Dio has rocked for a long, long time, and now those who want to rock with him without leaving the comfort of the living room can do so thanks to Red's release of the metal master's blistering 2002 performance at New York City's Roseland Ballroom. The concert is presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen and is accompanied by audio rendered in English DTS 5.1. In addition to an alternate Dolby Digital Stereo soundtrack, this release also offers an interview with Dio, behind-the-scenes footage, the music video for "Push" featuring Jack Black, and a photo gallery.
