The medium ear cushions were missing. I expected as much having read the reviews before I bought. What I did not expect was for the small and large cushions to not fit the device. There were no instructions online or included that explained how to affix the cushions, and they would not stay on. I suspect that an additional ring or clamp was supposed to be included. Return was easy at my local Best Buy.
