Dishwasher Install Shoddy; Best Buy Runs and Hides

We bought a GE dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy (their third-party outfit) on 24 May. 14, We soon discovered that they had only secured the dishwasher to the cabinet on its left side with a thin wood screw. As such the dishwasher would move around when you opened the door and loaded dishes in it.
We called Best Buy about the install problem and they sent an install crew out a second time. They "fixed it" by putting another thin wood screw in on the right side. However, the dishwasher was seated in the cabinet unevenly, and the screws don't keep it in place. When you load the dishwasher full of dishes...the washer falls back a bit into the cabinet...making closing the door (to do a load) nearly impossible.
We called Best Buy (Colorado Mills store) again to get this fixed and get the dishwasher secured and seated properly in the cabinet. That's when we got the run around. Over three days, we spoke to three different store managers. Each one didn't have a record of our previous calls. But each promised to get an installation team scheduled and call us back with the time. Never happened. Somebody in their appliance sales department even had the gall to say..."well our installers are third party and we have no control over them".
REALLY? They are contracted to Best Buy; if they do an unprofessional job...it reflects poorly on Best Buy! Quite ironic that on the Best Buy appliance sales folder they give you they proudly declare "We'll handle everything..making delivery and specialty installation an effortless experience" and that "(their technicians) are trained and equipped to complete the job on the first visit". NOT EVEN CLOSE. We're calling a tech via the HomeAdvisor service to double-check the dishwasher install (anything else Best Buy installers didn't do right?) and get it properly seated and secured in the cabinet.
This experience, along with what happened when Best Buy delivered and installed a Samsung fridge (the installers had NO CLUE how to get the water dispenser/ice machine working) ensures we're never buying an appliance from Best Buy again. Other buyers: BEWARE!
My Best Buy number: 2691339186
What's great about it: Appliance sale with cheap install price ($19.99)
What's not so great: Shoddy install not worth that price
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
