Great DVD player

I love the quality of this DVD player. It is easy to operate and I do recommend it to others.
I had inital problems when it somehow selected a default language of "something weird". I had no way to go further with the setup. I had to use my smart phone to try and recognize the language and figure out how to change it. After more than a few hours on tech support, I was able to reset it as factory original and was good to go. Just a fluk I guess. The player is great.

I love the TV but have been disappointed with my local cable service. When a sub-standard signal is being used, black screens are blanked with a last image that looks poor. This does not happen with 4K or 4K DVD signals.
I did have an issue getting my remote to recognize the TV initally. I had to dig in the manual to work through the issue. I was stuck at the opening screen to pick my language. Ok did not work.

It looked like it had everything I needed but when I pulled it from the box, I could tell it was returned previously. One of the adjustment knobs was broken off. I returned it the next day. They still don't have any more in stock.

I think it works very well for cleaning up pet problems. I do wish the receiver tank held more water before it shuts down for being full. Usually shuts down just before I am done cleaning and I have to dump it and finish up, and dump it again. Also, I have no issue with the suction power. It works great if you make sure to plug the receiver tank.
