Unbelievable Bad Experience

I received a defective dryer - the problem was with getting a replacement unit installed - I spent over 3 months trying to work with Best Buy, missed 7 days of work and in the end I had them remove both the dryer and washer... Local people were nice, the problem was with corporate escalation and XPO who schedules their installers... After all the mess ups I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! Once I selected a different vendor I had a dryer installed within 7 days at night and it only required 1 phone call.
