Oddly I never see it featured in reviews, but it is my personal preference thanks to the fact that it is thick and not a melted/moisty mess as many other thermal compounds out there are, so you don't have to worry about it leaking into your CPU socket or so on. It also doesn't dry out fast and does great with high temperatures. Not the best temps as opposed to a few other famous thermal pastes, but if you want something that is not messy and very versatile for various scenarios, use this.

Gorgeous colors and contrast, audio fell short

I have only used it for about an hour and I already fell in love with the display. The darks are outstanding and colors are vivid, not washed out. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the audio. I have a VERY old 26" 720p Westinghouse TV (model SK-26H735S from 2008 or 2009 if I recall correctly) and the bass and overall sound does a way better job. I would recommend at least a sound bar to go with this in order to have it. It is still a 5 star because you get an excellent display for the price.

Great for multiple controllers, TERRIBLE contoller

I had forgotten why I decided to stay away from OFFICIAL Xbox 360 controllers. Out of the 3 I have purchased, ALL 3 have had issues. One with joystick issues, one with squeaking triggers, and this last one with an issue with the down button on the D-Pad and an issue in which the left trigger seems to lose power when holding it and pressing multiple buttons. To anybody considering a genuine controller, I GREATLY suggest the Afterglow as it is virtually identical in every aspect and the analog sticks are as perfected as the original.

Windows now allows you to share your internet connection easily without the need of third party software. I love Connectify for its simplicity in order to avoid using the Command Prompt, which makes Wi-fi sharing (or "repeating") really simple, but this adapter would make it loop into restarting its service. When using the manual Command Prompt method to make the commands work, it would also fail with two different errors. For the average user, it is great, but not for the functions I need. If you have a computer with no optical drive (CD/DVD drive), you can download the driver and simplified software online, but I think this software is what was causing issues in my case. (Surface Pro 3 and Asus Transformer Book T100HA)

The performance on the Stick is AMAZING! However, it falls short due to the fact that the Wi-Fi lacks 5GHz. Although it is not meant to be a major computer replacment, 5GHz would be important to make it an excellent competitor to limited "sticks" such as the Roku or Amazon Fire Stick. Otherwise, it is well worth the price. Looking forward to seeing a refreshed version that supports 5GHz Wi-Fi frequency.

As advertised, but not good enough

It DOES extend ANY wifi and setup is relatively easy (athough options vary from device to device, like PC, Mac, smartphone, etc), however it failed at one thing that I expected to be the other way around; 5GHz was always "green" and 2.4GHz always struggled and at "amber". The colors indicate the signal, green being the best, amber being okay and red being bad. 2.4GHz has a farther range, but the connection was always on amber, and thus the speed was slow. 5GHz was excellent. Another flaw is that at times, it was as if the connectiom just froze, while being directly on my own router everything was perfect. As far as I was later told, this is an issue that exists not only on this particular model, but on most, including the more advanced ones. I would have really loved to keep it had it not been for the struggling 2.4GHz. The PlayStation 4 does not support 2.4GHz, and I have two at home in separate locations which at times will both need to be online simultaneously. One is super far from my router, and needed a bit of help. Aside from that, I also own a tablet which is not dual band and thus depends on 2.4GHz If you plan on using the much faster 5GHz only, I do recommend it, otherwise, opt for a better one.

However, this muffles the sound of the speaker and makes it hard for others to hear you on their end due to the blockage of the mic. Lastly, mine was unfortunately slightly defective and allowed water to enter the case when tested using the instructions for testing.

Yes, but due to their durability and the way it will have to withstand constant movement, it may be best to look elsewhere at a dedicated headset, such as the basic TurtleBeach headset for the Xbox One or PS4. The Skull Candy Ink'd 2 audio quality is excellent for the Xbox One controller, you can hear footsteps in Rainbow Six Siege very clearly, but for mic, you have to manually mute it from the Xbox One. For the most part, yes, but Google has an extender solution for multiple extenders called "Google WiFi" (search the SKU number "5706130" on Best Buy's website). If you are going to connect MANY devices, I suggest you use a home router that supports MU-MIMO (not an extender, your actual router first).

I have a router furnished by AT&T Uverse on one end of my house, will this receive the signal from that, and then can I attach all of the components on my Home Theater system to this VIA hardwire, some of my components don't have Wi-Fi??

Can this router be use for spectrum. We bought a time warner netgear and it has to be unplug all the time. I guess we need a new one. But we want to by one and not rent one from spectrum.
This is an extender, it will only extend your existing connection. If your current router gives you issues, then it may be your router itself (ISP's are known to provide faulty ones). If the issue with your disconnecting stops when you are close to the router, then it may be a signal issue and the extender may help. Use a RELIABLE device to test for this. Smartphones are unreliable. Laptops are more reliable at keeping a connection.

If I am not mistaking, yes. Type D is Micro, Type C Mini, Type A would be the standard big one (PS4, TV, etc) and Type B I have yet to see.

Will this fit my galaxy s7?
No, this is only for devices with a Micro HDMI port, not a Micro USB port. What you need is an MHL cable which can be found in the Samsung section within Best Buy. To be sure, ask a rep there if your device supports it (it should).
