I purchased this printer after having issues with an HP laser printer that the toner cartridge tray was faulty on, and their customer service would not help me fix it.
This printer is so mich better! Print quality is excellent, and as with all Brother laser printers, the toners last a ridiculously long amount of time. One of my favorite features is that the top lifts open to allow for toner cartridge replacement.
