Very pleased with this portable charger. My old cell phone battery had a terribly short charge life, so I wanted something small and convenient to carry in my purse. This charger has recharged 3 different phones off one charge without being completely drained. It's not very heavy and is slim enough to put in a pocket with my phone. I no longer have to worry about finding a charging station or missing out on calls or photo opportunities!

We had to question an additional $29.99 charge listed as "Stainless Steel" on our receipt for our refrigerator purchase. It turns out it was supposed to be for running a water line for our new LG fridge ice maker. The only problem was that they ran no new waterline...only hooked up the existing flexible tubing. When they called to investigate after it was reported, we explained to the agent that the charge needs to be removed as the new line was not run and the installation crew (3rd party-not Geek Squad) left no "unused" pipes etc. They also left no note recording that they didn't run a new line, so it became our word against their records. After negotiation, they offered to set up another appointment to run the new lines. What's the point? The existing lines are working just fine and we don't want to have to schedule another day of our time. They may not think so, but our time is valuable and we'd already spent a significant amount of it on this issue! They refunded the $29.99 charge via a Best Buy Gift Card.

We purchased an over the range LG microwave. The guys who delivered our first unit (Mark & Adam) were great! They were on time, put on protective footwear to not mar our floors, and took great care to install our microwave carefully. Afterward, they handed us the manuals, warranty info, explained the operation and answered questions.
Due to an electrical issue, we had to have it exchanged a week later. Enter team #2 (Mike & Kenny). Once again, very professional, knowledgable and thorough. They took the same care not to mar my floors, countertop or stovetop surfaces. The geek squad installation service is worth every penny to be sure it's done right. Amazing staff!!!

Beautiful and functional refrigerator

We bought the LG refrigerator to replace our Samsung (lemon law). We didn't trust the Samsung brand so we researched online. The LG had very good reviews on Consumer Reports and by previous customers.
We love the adjustable shelves, the deep doors for gallon jug storage, and the overall size of the usable space. The stainless finish is pretty when clean (we do miss the no-smudge finish of the Samsung), but if careful to use the handles, it stays nice looking. We also love the bottom drawer in the fridge-it's a very useful space! Overall we're very pleased with our first LG purchase!
